I don't think so. So far "Talladega Nights", "40 year old virgin", and "Knocked up" didn't have any sequels.
doubt it very much....most of the humour came from the fact they were horny teens, now that they're in college it just wouldnt work. plus, mclovin just wouldnt be the same being older
