I am 32 years old and I can say with out a doubt I am HUGE Harry potter fan. I can't stop thinking about it. So I went out yesterday and bought all 7 books and all 5 movies and I started my collection. Is it wierd I am 32 years old and obsessed with Harry Potter and Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rubert.

No, you are not weird at all, there are sooo many Harry Potter Fans, there are more around the late teens because like me , have grown up with them since the first book and movie came out. I started in 6th grade and i still love the books and movies. I own poster and paper clips of the movies. I try to own as many potter clothing i get. I have a jacket and two house shirts, but i will continue getting them because it is a series that will never get old and continue to amaze. SO keep going with the books and movies, because they will never be a waste of time. And you will be one of the millions potter fans who go support them in theatres and will watch the films so many times that you don't care if it is wasting money. I watched the Order of the Phoenix seven times and even on DVD it still appeals to me and breaks my heart and amazes me. YOU GO GIRL!!
I am also a huge HP fan!! but personally i thionk that they leave a lot of stuff out of the movies that is in the books.

I love the Harry Potter books and Movies. I have read every book at least 2 times. I have seen every movie. I love Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets. It is my favorite book and movie.
I liked the first one and the second one (but thats really it)
I like the books but i love the movies,
i have all 7 books and all 5 videos, i have posters in my room, and i even have pyjamas with harry potter on them,
it's not weird that your obsessed with them, me and my mom (who is 42) can't get enough of Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint

i like the books alot thats why i have them all although my copy of 3 disappeared in my room somewhere i prefer them to the movies. I have seen all the movies so far waiting on 6 and 7 those should be good even though 7 is rumored to be split into two movies but the movies annoy me in a way that they skip so much from the book that its almost a waste of time watching them but yes i have read the books and seen the movies.
I also really like HP. I prefer the books over the movies. They don't have enough time in a movie to hold every ones attention, to put in the details they leave out from the books. I'm not obsessed though. By the way, I'm right about the same age as you, so don't feel that you're alone.
I loved Harry Potter, then i kind of started liking other things and now I'm back and have become very (and I really do mean VERY) attached to Sirius Black. Is it just me or would anyone else like to see a book on the Marauders, based mainly on Sirius, I get the feeling that would be an awesome book to read.
Wows, now you've stated me on some rant about all this and it won't be long before I start getting angry about certain characters being killed off...so I shall leave this here.

I know how you feel. when you start reading those books specially the last ones you feel as you are one of them, going to Hogwartz, gathering in public room of griffindors and also fighting with the Dark World in front of your eyes. It doesn't have anything to do with your age!!! you are one of those who are captivated by the magic of J.K Rowling...you're one of us!!!
I don't know why you're obsessed with the three children, they're not that great but the books are great, all the witches and magic and stuff, it's so fun !
Also in the film, there's an outstanding supproting cast of brilliant actors which makes up for the children
I'm the same way...my youngers sisters read them when they came out, but they sounded dumb to me (and I read everything!), and I didn't see any of the movies until my mother in law showed me the talking head in the third one, and I was hooked. I read all the books, and I loved them all! The movies just aren't as good, but when are they ever?!
