Lucy Liu played a hot dominatrix in "PayBack" with a serious relationship with the bad guy.
The antagonist in Transporter 2 had a hot girlfriend who ran around in her undies, got a kick out of killing and flirting with the hero.
Then there was Monica Bellucci who played the flirtacious, voluptious wife of the MerolVingian.
