Help do you know than name of this film?!
Question: the opening scene is of a man jumping in slow motion off a building. the film continues and you seee the charater who jumps off. he is a quirky man, he ends up falling for a girl in the appartment building, you eventually find out that he let someone fall off the building. at the end you see the same slow motion fall as the beginning. there is obviously more to it than this but this is what i can remeber. thx .american movie main character wears glasses kinda balding and i think the girl is from another country 90s movie.

I think you're talking about the million dollar hotel starring Mel Gibson and Jeremy Davies. Davies was the guy who let the other fall of the building and Gibson was the FBI guy sent to investigate because the dead guy was the son of a rich man.
