What is one or many things you think gangster films is lacking? like what is som!
Question: kids. i know its corny but everybody has em'. its crazy to see how a person can go from beating someone within an inch of their life and colorin in colorin books with their kids.
recruitment of underlings. they always show the gangster being a nobody. then they show them being the boss. its hard to be scared of one man. its easy to be scared of what one man can do. they recruited muscle. You gotta earn respect and convince people they are better off playin for ur team.
more gangsters that werent taken down by snitches or undercover cops. Many a gangster was taken down the old fashion way. getting sloppy, survaillence by cops.
i agree with the above poster. WOMEN'S ROLEs. women were the downfall of many a gangster. They were also the only reason they could keep business going (transporting drugs in baby carriages, holding respectable nail, hair salons as fronts.)
THERE ARE FEMALE GANGSTERS TOO. many gangsters moms were tough, so they were tough.
