Has anyone seen the British movie "If"?!

Question: Is it any good?

Answers: Is it any good?

It is an excellent film~very dark and disturbing still. Actually, it's not a surprise that Malcolm McDowell has remained an actor full of surprises us, someone who occasionally could shock us.

"If...." has remained too obscure and rarely aired. Perhaps, like "Blowup", it will be shown more often. So many of the Sixties films need to be viewed by new audiences, and we oldsters would get to see them again!

Just in case anyone wants to know about the film, here's some IMDB information:
If.... (1968)
film debut for Malcolm McDowell and Simon Ward
Synopsis:
In this allegorical story, a revolution lead by pupil Mick Travis takes place at an old established private school in England.
In an indictment of the British Boys School, we follow Mick and his mostly younger friends through a series of indignities and occasionally abuse as any fond feelings toward these schools are destroyed. When Mick and his friends rebel violently, the catch phrase "Which side will you be on?" becomes quite stark.

I have, it's alright. It's not the best, but I still found it worthwhile watching.

Not ina good long time, so my memories of it are skectchy. I think I liked it
