When Anakin's Mother tells Qui-Gon that there was no father, and that she carried him what did she mean when by " I can't tell you what happened
She made it seem really like a traumatic experience
My second question
Before Anakin kills the tusken raiders on Tatooine would've it been smart for George Lucas to have Qui-Gon Jinn to appear as ghost and spirt to talk anakin out of it before he jump over that cliff?

What she means is that she does not know how she became pregnant as there was no other person involved. According to the story she was somehow impregnated by the force.
As for the second part that incident played a rather large role in Anakin later turning into Lord Vader. After they got back from Geonosis instead of appearently talking about it with Obi Won or Yoda he talked to Palpatine who we know from Episode 3 was the Sith Lord. If Anakin had not killed the raiders then he would not have opened up to Palpatine and would not have been as easily influenced by him.

i think she tells him that she cant tell him what happened because his dad is darth vader and she probably didnt want sumthing bad to happen...idk i havent watched the movie in a while so,this may be right and it may be wrong

Okay.. This seems simple enough... when she said "I can't tell you what happen." She cant tell him what happen because she doesnt know how it happened. Maybe the acting didnt portray that but im 98% sure its jus because she has no clue how she got prego.
Answer 2 I dont think that ability was perfected by then.. There was a lline by obi-won saying that master yoda might have figured out how to contact afterdeath... something on those lines.
