2 women are involved, both are injured.
one woman has a brain but no body. and the other has a body but is brain dead. and they transplant the healthy brain into the healthy body.
the woman who has the healthy body was a poor woman who had a husband and child. and after the transplant she goes to see the husband and child and they were just crying for her and the child was saying "mommy!" and raising his hands up to her. it was pretty sad.
but the brain woman has a rich husband and thats all the details i remember.
