Question: The first scene I recall is a boy with braces is brushing his teeth in the bathroom. The braces start to grow and he ends up attached to the ceiling with the braces cocooning him.
This is probably a different film, but an alien tongue slithers along the floor and up into a girls skirt. She was scared at first but then drops to the floor orgasming...

...the first is definitely "Poltergeist II: The Other Side"...
...the second, I'm inclined to think that it might be "Night of the Creeps"; the scene is extremely familiar, but I'm not exactly sure, and "...Creeps" is the first thing that comes to mind...
