You can't download movies for free. If you can, it's illegal to.
There used to be Stage6, but they shut down. The closest thing to that is Quicksilverscreen.com (no www.), but they just embed videos from other websites like Tuduo and Megavideo, and the're all YouTube quality now.
The best way to get free movies is from BitTorrent.

It's good because most of them are pretty good quality and they have movies that are still in the theater on it
