I have seen all three versions. While I thought Will Smith was very good in I Am Legend I think The Omega Man was the best at telling the story.

I Am Legend just left me wanting. Newer isn't always better.

I've only seen I Am Legend but it was the only one that interested me... & I thought they looked real for sure.
Vincent Price did a great job, IMhO, in Last Man On Earth of expressing the novel's isolation and desperation. I also thought he fit the role of a biochemist better than the other two actors.
Still, they were all good in their own ways.
