Yeah its really gory. And it actually shows Sweeney Todd killing the people in the chair. But it's not that bad if you compare it with the Texas Chainsaw Massacre or Final destination.
apparently in some parts it is very gory, I never finished watching but my dad said that it can be very bad, he also said that they do show him murdering people.
A LOT. DO NOT WATCH IT WITH KIDS. they show lots of killing and blood and guts

Yeah it shows him murderin ppl. Lots of blood. Some gore, not as much as hostel or anythin like that.
But it is a good movie!
yes it is gory in a few parts but it seems to be a lighter color of red so it doesn't look like real blood
it's GREAT...(meaning very gory). at the end, you actually witness the lady burning up in the furnace. and you can see the blood seeping from the necks of the victims in sweeney todds chair.
not recommended for people under...8...and probably not girls over 12 (i hope that's not too sexist)
but it's a good movie overall, and the gore just adds to the effect.
You can tell clearly that the blood is fake the blood is almost comical I really enjoyed the film and hope you do as well
I just watched it...not that gory...its like not real blood i mean it is but it is not like deep red it is kind of orangeish... it is cartoonish like a Quentin Tarantino film....
