I would suggest 'American History X'. It follows the views of a kid whose brother has recently gotten out of jail for hate crimes, and you get to see how his own philosophy and ethics are challenged and evolve.
Good movie regardless.

I had to do that. I used the movie Gattaca and focused on the ethics of using a persons genes to determine job eligibility.
Michael Clayton is a good, recent movie. It deals directly with legal ethics vs. moral ethics.
Blade Runner, taken from the book, Do Androids Dream of Metal Sheep. One of my all time favorites, I think beautifully done.
Road to Perdition, another good one.

Wonderland, about a bunch of people with no ethics, that are into drugs, based on a true story. John Holmes would hang out & get drugs from them. Good Movie
Gattaca, acting sucks, directing is o.k. But the philosophy and moral dilemma behind it is bloody awesome
