You can choose your plan which will determine the price. It will also determine "how it works." I have it and im on the plan where i can get as many movies as i want per month but i can only have one out at a time. You set up a queue which has the order of all the movies you want on it (you put them there). They send you the first movie on your list and when you are done watching, you put it back into the envelope, seal it up, and send it back. Its pretty cool .
It depends on how many movies a month you want, the prices go from 5 to 40 dollars. You pick the movies you want, you put them in the order you would like them and they send them to you. They come in a prepaid envelop and when you are done you just throw them back in the mail. Do the free 2 week trial to see if you like it.

Unlimited rentals- up to 3 out at a time, with unlimited time to watch. No late fees.
So, if you watch all 3 in one day and you return it the next day, in about 1-2 days, you get another 3 and so on..
Oh yeah, the 3 at a time plan is $16.99 a month I think.
awesome service. they tailor the cost to how many movies you want. you can get a certain amount per month, or have a certain amount out at any time. For example, if you have the 3-at-a-time plan, you have three movies out (on their way to you via mail, at your house, or on their way back to netflix). As soon as netflix receives one of your returned movies, they send you the next on the list (a list which you determine with the movies you want to see).
