No there is no nudity. There is a sex scene between Bosworth and the main male character, but nothing is shown. Outside of that there is alcohol use, gambling, smoking, and some swearing.
In addition, tell your mom to stop being so controlling. Surprisingly, there are things like nudity, sex, drugs, alcohol in the wold. Seeing them in a movie theater isn't going to make you run out and do them.

No nudity, theres a short sex scene but other than that its "safe". A little violent at a few parts, but its nothing that your mom should be concerned about. Go see it, its really good!
