What's up with that? To tell you the truth, there really aren't any really good movies rated PG-13. I guess you could go with The Sixth Sense or something like that. If you're 17, I don't get why you can't watch R rated movies.
Poltergeist. It's even just PG. Scary as hell and not overly offensive.
