Question: Is "Night of the Living Dead" (1968) a B horror Film!?
I heard that it was!. And what about "House on Haunted Hill" (1959) and "The Haunting" (1963)!? Are they B horror films too!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Answers:
When I think B-movie, I think of its aspirations rather than a literal rating!. Is it a popcorn movie or is it a little more!?

I'd say Night of the Living Dead is a low budget horror classic!. Though the acting isn't stellar, the underlying message is well-above a typical popcorn, B-movie!. 9/10

House on Haunted Hill is a B-movie!. It's lots of fun!. It's hokey, and none of it's meant to be taken too seriously!. Vincent Price at his most tongue-in-cheek!. "It was my wife's idea!. She's so amusing!." hehe 7/10

The Haunting is probably a B-movie!. The acting is better than a typical B-movie, and there is an underlying angst (mother / daughter; caregiver / invalid) that's a little deeper than a typical popcorn style movie!. Again, well-worth the watch!. 7/10Www@Enter-QA@Com

Yeah, they are all b-movies!. B-Movies are just films with a lower budget, but not a small enough budget to have at least a decent rating!.In fact most b-movies are much more thought out as a story and are then more artistic!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
