at this time, there is only the new movie, which is a Star Trek prequel (the beginnings of Captain Kirk on his Enterprise)!. The movie, directed by JJ Abrahams (Lost, Alias, Mission Impossible three) releasing May 9, 2009!.!.!.Paramount is taking a wait and see move about any new Star Trek series, the last series Enterprised failed badly

yes there will be two new star trek movies one will be directed by jj abrhams the guy who created lost and cloverfield and has an allstar cast which deals with the first enterprise mission and the second has yet to be developed due to scriptWww@Enter-QA@Com
I did not hear about a new Series!. Yes they are for sure have a movie thats going to be coming out!. But I would think they would have to have a series that sort of picks up where they ended!.
