What this old (1940's?) movie called?!

Question: What this old (1940's!?) movie called!?
It was on TCM last night around 9pm CT!.

I only got to see like the last half, there was this lady who was poor and she was driving around with some taxi driver who liked her!. She ran away from him and into a rich private party, and met some rich people, played bridge with them!. This rich guy Jacque liked her and he was having an affair with some other dude's wife, so the guy paid the poor girl to be with Jacque so his wife would stop having an affair!. And the girl got a bunch of money and pretended she was a baroness, and all the time the taxi driver is looking for her and finds her and at the end she ends up being with him instead of the rich guy!.

Anyone know the name of this movie!? I tried looking at TCM's schedule but they didn't have it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Sounds a lot like Midnight, with Claudette Colbert!. Which I think was in rotation on TCM so that would fit!. I'm almost positive it's Midnight - which was co-written by great director and writer Billy Wilder!. Just came out on DVD!. Hope this helps!Www@Enter-QA@Com
