Yeah!.!. really the only thing I can think of is that they might do The Silmarilian next!.!. (sort of like a pre prequel)
Now, the fact that the Harry Potter finale is going to be two makes sense!.!. as the book is rather intense, and deleting almost anything would alter the plot unforgivably!.!. The Hobbit however, is NOT that much to put in a movie!.!. it is much smaller than the Lord of the Rings trilogy!.!. (even just one book of said trilogy)!.!. so unless they add the Silmarilian!.!.
