Ok, the main character (female) had long dark hair(she reminded me of Valerie Bertanelli but it definately wasn't her) down 2 her waist, she went to the mall to put make up on bc she was 2 young to wear make up and her best friend had told her about this cute guy who was playing guitar(maybe Leif Garrett!?) at a very small outdoor concert!. She stood close to the front and he noticed her and they talked afterwards!.He was older than her and she lied about her age!. Anyways, the main girl's boyfriend (Leif!?) was going to come over to the house she was at and when she opened the door it was her best friends boyfriend and he raped her!. The main girl's boyfriend showed up later and found her!.There was a seen of her in high school at her locker at one point where the rapist had put a note in her locker!. I think you have another film mixed up with this first one because the rest of it sounds like this film, which does not include a rape but does include a rock concert and a girl trying to look older so that she can be with the guy:
