Sounds almost like 'The Amityville Horror'!. In that movie an entire family is murder by one of the sons, who claims that he heard voices telling him to kill his family!. A year later another family moves into the house, and the husband begins hearing the same voices!. The little girl is able to see/hear the murder children!.
Not sure if it's the same movie, but it sounds similar!. The remake was actually quite good [which doesn't happen often]!. Ryan Reynolds, who plays the father, was completely creepy!. Shows he can do more than just comedy!.

I actually grew up in the town that the house they filmed that was in!. Not the actual house even though it was a true story, which they now say was fabricated by the owners to get out of a bad real estate choice!. The home was left in tact for a while I remember driving past it as a kid!. It has since been remodeled and moved back but is still there on the Toms River in NJ!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
