I'm looking for a movie that I saw years ago (possibly 10-15 years) about this kid that drives around looking for letters for this contest!. I think the letters spell out Ramordra or something!. Along the way he gets a tattoo!. I think he ends up getting all of the letters except one or two!. Please, if anyone knows what movie this is I would like to know!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
