I think that I'm too old to be frightened by movies although "Salvage" was certainly unsettling the first time I saw it!. It helps me get through it, knowing the ending, but it's still cringe-inducing!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I noticed you listed Dracula and Frankenstein!. So I thought I would recommend other 1930's horror movies!.

Dr!. Jekyll and Mr!. Hyde - This is one of the more famous ones just like Frankenstein and Dracula, I highly recommend this one!.
Isle Of The Dead - This one is very weird and thought provoking!.
Murders in the Rue Morgue - not bad
The Walking Dead - not badWww@Enter-QA@Com

-"Stir of Echoes" starring Kevin Bacon
-"Jacob's Ladder"
-"Suspiria"
-"Salem's Lot"
-"The Thing"
-"Ju-on"
-"Rosemary's Baby"
-"The Haunting (1963)"
-"The Changeling"
-"The Shining"
-"Carnival of Souls"Www@Enter-QA@Com

Scariest um difficult to say I don't really get freaked out however some of the most disturbing gory movies I have seen are:

Cannibal Holocaust
Santa Sangria
Last House on the Left
I spit on your Grave

I am fairly sure these are all banned in most countries but copies are out thereWww@Enter-QA@Com

CARIE this movie is one of the scariest movies ever! its from the 60's and will make you feel freaked out! also watch scream, chuckie and halloween scream and chuckie are funny but pretty gory at the same time!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

The Descent was pretty scary, but then I am claustrophobic, so!.!.!.
The Thing is pretty cool for an old school horror flick, although I wouldn't say its terrifying!.
Wes Cravens They was pretty scary, although the plot is not great!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

The Abominable Dr!. PhibesWww@Enter-QA@Com

Try The Cube, the sequels were crappy though, so don't bother with themWww@Enter-QA@Com

I don't know that I can recommend anything that will actually scare you!. I'm the same way - nothing scares me!.!. probably because I grew up watching horror!. I've seen everything you've listed and none of those scared me!. There are some movies that are kind of unsettling to me and in the vein of some you've listed (and I think they're good movies) -

Deep Red - Dario Argento 70's horror (kind of bad, but actually good, probably his best movie if you can deal with the weird dubbing)
Ghost Ship - okay, kind of stupid but it has it's moments!. It's a big ship - lots of potential!. It occasionally delivers!. Worst ending ever (if you can deal with that)!.
Dementia 13 - One of Francis Ford Coppola's first movies!. It's got some spooky moments if you like movies that are atmospheric!.
The Changeling - Kind of creepy, it's a good haunted house movie from the 80s!.
May - a bit odd, more on the disturbing side!.
The Thing - Okay, this movie really isn't that scary (I'm talking about the John Carpenter version), but it is one of my absolute favorites!. If you haven't seen it, it's worth watching!.
The Haunting - original version (not crap remake)!. haunted house, it's got some tense moments!.
The Devil's Backbone - Guillermo del Toro directed this (same guy that did Pan's Labyrinth)!. It's really two plots - spanish civil war and haunting, but all set in an orphanage!. Very good!.

I could list movies forever, but without knowing what you've seen and all!.!.!. that's what I've got!. I've just accepted nothing will scare me!. Oh, the scariest movie to me is Dementia 13 - if you see it, you'll scratch your head and wonder why!. But there is one scene (it's about a dream) that just creeps me out - I don't know why!. It doesn't scare me when I watch it, it gets to me later!. Please don't take that as me saying it's a scary movie - I really don't think it is!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
