Well, blinking is obviously something that automatically supplies two forms of moisture to our eyes and keeps them from drying out!. Therefore, blinking is simply a natural occurrence and the vast majority of film today unfortunately demands so much realism in it's acting, which is probably why actors blink during the take of a scene!. However, certain roles and performances do call for absolutely no blinking to create an effect or mood or intensity to a character like the aforementioned Dr!. Hannibal Lecter played by Anthony Hopkins, which was an incredibly effective process and added to the characters creepiness!. Therefore, It undeniably depends on the type of role, but don't expect to see it often, especially in your basic stories!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
