From those two I'd say Jack Nicholson, no offence to Romero because it was the whole setting that made Romero a poor Joker when the comics were considered!.

I think Cesar was closer to what Imagined while reading my comics! Jack was great in the movie but the TV show was more like a comic book so I would still say Cesar Romero!Www@Enter-QA@Com
