What is the film called?!

I asked this yesterday, but managed to delete it by accident! I need to know the name of a film, about an English family that went on holiday to Europe, France I think!. They meet a family there with a big motorhome/RV!. Everywhere the English family goes, the RV follows them!. Their kids end up being kidnapped!. The film was show in the United Kingodm, on ITV, in 2006!.
