It wasn't the Mormons!.!. It was the Amish!.!. and it's called The Devil's Playground
I also know that it is on youtube!.!. (the whole movie)!.!. I watched it again the other day!.

It is also not specifically a year!. it normally goes from 16 to 23 is the time of Rumspringa (not positive on the spelling)!.!. They are allowed to experience the outside world (they don't all have to, but they are allowed to do anything)!.!. this gives them the oppurtunity to choose to join the church and mean it!.!.!. (in my opinion the high number of people that go back to it is due more to the fact that they burn out on the outside world quickly having been kept away for so long) They can go longer than 23!.!. if they choose to leave they are welcomed back at any time!.!. if however, they choose to give their promise to the church, and THEN leave they are banned!.
