It's been talked about but there is nothing in the works!. The problem, according to Marvel Entertainment, is that Captain America doesn't have the same appeal in foreign countries as he does in the United States!. And since a big-budget movie needs to do well across the globe in order to be really profitable, they have concerns about bringing Captain America to the screen!.

I know they made one already and it wasn't very good!. It was like 20 years ago and for some reason I thought Val Kilmer was in it -but I'm probably wrong on that point!.
Now that Marvel has its own studio and Iron Man looks like a blockbuster hit, I'm sure Captain America is in development!. Who knows if they'll ever make, you have to have the right convergence of talent and money to come along!.
