I really haven't seen the movie in a while so I don't really remember the mood or tone!. It wasn't depressing, but not happy either!. It was kind-of somber!.!.!.

I loved the movie!. It was sad, touching, and poignant!. I actually got to meet the author of the book "God Grew Tired of Us, " when he spoke at my college, and his story is just amazing! I would say that the author's purpose is to inform us about the Sudanese lost boys!. It is biographical!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
