Recent Movies that look as if they are set in the 80's?!
Question: Recent Movies that look as if they are set in the 80's!?
Has anyone noticed lately in the last few years that a few movies look as if they are set in the 80's but they aren't!?
"Napoleon Dynamite"
"Lars and the Real Girl"
"Juno"
"The Savages"
None of these films really specify the time period, but you would think they are present day!. However, the clothes!.!.!.the settings!.!.!.just scream the 80's to me!. Has anyone else noticed this!? If you have, name your examples, please!. =)
also, link to a video below of Silversun Pickups "Lazy Eye!." Even this video looks as if it might be set in the 70's/80's but I'm not sure if that's the purpose!.

"Kickin' It Old Skool" with Jamie Kennedy!. He is somehow frozen in the 80's and is "thawed" in present day!. But he still dresses and dances in 80's style!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Rent is another one!. It was written in 1995/1996 but the story line takes place in the 80's when AIDS starting making its ugly presence known!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
