Answers:
Get Christie Love!~This went from TV movie to theatrical release and became a short-lived TV series with Theresa Graves, who was a regular on "Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In"!.
Abby~This was inspired by the popularity of movies about the supernatural, especially "The Exorcist"!.
Cleopatra Jones and Cleopatra Jones & the Casino of Gold~No, the second one isn't an Indy Jones-type adventure, which would be many years later!.
Shaft, Shaft's Big Score, and Shaft in Africa
Sweet Sweetback's Baadasssss Song
Blacula and Scream, Blacula Scream!
The Education of Sonny Carson
Cornbread, Earl & Me
Dr!. Black & Mr!. Hyde
The Beast Must Die
Darktown Strutters
Hell Up in Harlem
Black Belt Jones
Willie Dynamite
JD's Revenge
Black Caesar
Sheba, Baby!
Friday Foster
Cooley High
Truck Turner
Foxy Brown
Do It Again
Sugar Hill
Superfly
Coffy

I watched most of these back when HBO came to our area!. also, USA used to air many of these, and now they're showing up on Turner Classic Movies and other movie channels!. This past weekend, TCM aired the "Blacula" films, starring handsome Williams Marshall, whose voice is so amazing!. Prince Mamuwalde is near the top of my favorite vampires list!. (Gee! Doesn't everyone have one of those lists!?!)

I suppose these are rather exploitative:
The Notorious Bettie Page~This is a recent film that edges on exploitation though it would be difficult to do a biopic of Page with only clothed scenes!.
Freaks (1932)~Tod Browning didn't intend this as exploitation, but it caused a furor and had a UK ban for 30 years!
Born Innocent~This TV movie starring Linda Blair is notorious for its link to a real-life incident!.
Girls of the White Orchid (1983)
Beyond the Valley of the Dolls
Nightmare in Badham County
Faster, Pussycat! Kill! Kill!
The Terror of Tiny Town
Blood and Black Lace
The Vampire Lovers
Homicidal (1961)
The Lonely Lady
The Wild Angels
The Trip (1967)
Butterfly (1982)
Blood Feast
The majority of John Waters' films certainly are exploitative!.

I apologize if these aren't what you meant, but most were fringe productions!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
