Alright it's about this girl living near a lighthouse or something!. In the opening scene she is riding a bike through a town with the setting I remebered to be in Britian!. Another scene is where her dad talks to her but then his dad's friend comes by after the dad leaves and starts to feel up her dress!. also I saw this movie a long time ago on HBO if that helps!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
