It is a low tech "old school" drama!. It deals with the struggles of a man who feels everyone would be better off if he had never been born!. He is given the chance to see what impact he has had on the lives of those around him!. Most of us don't see how we fit into the "grand scheme" of life!. It is well done and deserves it's status as a classic must see film!. I watch it every Christmas!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

He definately has some better films, Who Shot Liberty Valance, Vertigo, etc!.!.!., but his performance in It's a Wonderful Life is pretty impressive, but it might be slightly overrated!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
