Question: Just because a critic loves or hates a movie dont mean I will too!. So what is the purpose of a movie review!?
Answers:
movie critics study film and what makes a movie good, yet, everyone is their own critic and their only job is to say why the movie is good or not, to give others insight on wheter they want to see it or not!. i look at the reviews to usually find out what the movie is about-becuase they sumerize the point of the movie, and they usually say well i chouldnt understand the plot, or they chould say it will be a classic, well i will decied if i like it or not but at least i know what i am going to see!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
because you get a real person's point of view (and hopefully they weren't paid to like it)
it's not just advertising for teh movie showing only the best parts like commercials
but gives details and analytical perspectives on the movies to give you more information on deciding if you MIGHT like it or notWww@Enter-QA@Com

A review consists of a lot more than whether the critic liked it or not: it will give reasons!. Those reasons may or may not apply to you, but if you read the review you will at least know what they are!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
A critic is a job position created by our entertainment industry!. Its just there for reporters who run out of jobs to stick in to!. There is no point to a movie review at all!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
to give you a general opinion-well it's suppose too-but I'm like you-some of their reviews aren't great and then others are way off when they say the movie was wonderful-so just use it as a basis-check several-if in doubt just watch it :O)Www@Enter-QA@Com
