Can you tell me what is the name of the movie where a pizza delivery boy is actu!

The guy was quite young and the women would call and order a specific pizza that wasn't on the menu if they wanted his services!. Word gets out and eventually to his mum, who calls the number and waits in a hotel room for him- but he realises and manages to avoid the situation!. I can't really remember much else, except that everything is realised in some hotel or function room where there is a posh gathering or party!. I think the actor might be the young fella on Don''t Tell Mom the Babysitter's Dead, but I am probably mistaken- I haven't seen this film since I as a young teen!.
