Iron Man Movie/War Machine Question (Spoiler)?!

In the new Iron Man movie, there is a part where Rhodes (Cuba Gooding Jr) sees a silver suit and says "maybe next time"!. Is this an allusion to him becoming War Machine!? I don't know much about the Iron Man universe but I know that War Machine is a silver version of the Iron Man suit!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
