a good one to fall back on is "I am seeking a new challenge" Try not to criticize the precious employer as it does not reflect well on you!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Well it is never recommended to have a go at your former employer!. However, you also want to be honest and truthful as well (I imagine!)
So I normally get around this question by saying the truth, but sugar coating it at the same time!. You could say something to the effect of: "I appreciated the opportunities that i was given at my old job, but am seeking new challenges and rewards that I can no longer get from my old employer"!. If they really press you for an answer, what you say in your question is pretty good, if they must know!Www@Enter-QA@Com
