I've only seen 3 from your list, but agree with you on Amores Perros, Amelie & Lock Stock (even though in all honesty I find it bizarre you should classify the last one as foreign! I mean, they're speaking in English right!?! Sorry, don't read that as me being rude) Assuming you mean ones from non-American directors, I'd add Wolf Creek & Dancer in the Dark!.
