I seen this movie a long time ago either on HBO or Showtime?!

i seen a movie a long time ago, i seen it on the channels i listed above but i dont think it was made by those channels but im unsure!. it was about this old couple living in this house that meant alot to them, it was like in the family for a long time i think and something happened to where they were forced to get rid of it and this lady ended up buying it, the old couple refused to leave the house and to make a long story short, the husband ended up killing his family in the house and then suffocated himself with a plastic bag and diedWww@Enter-QA@Com
