Okay it's one of those "towns that have a dark secret" type of film and I think the teenagers were being controlled by having something in their brains removed, or adding something to their brain!. Sorry I don't really remember!.=( At the end most of the town's population whom were under control were killed by jumping off a cliff I believe!. And one of the residents moves on to another town and it shows a flash in his eyes at the end!. I thought it was The Faculty but I watched that this past weekend and it wasn't the same film!.
