The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull? Yea, or Nay?!

Question: The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull!? Yea, or Nay!?
And Why!?

(Before going anti-ET, please recall that the mythos surrounding Crystal Skulls are actually heavily entwined with extraterrestrial belief!. Therefore, it is as consistent, or Plausable as the more terrestrial pseudo-religious gobblety-**** of the first 3!.)

I am a girl and I love action and comedy and it had both!.
I honestly thought nothing could compare to raiders or temple of doom which was like one of those"movies you had to watch within your family" type!. This one blew me away !. It was very good and before this movie I watched a hitory channel thing for "the crystall skull" and it stays true!. Kate Blanchet was a great villian for this movie-absolutley brillant!. I was never a fan of shialebouf but now I am !. The orginal two havn't changed a bit as well 8)!. Great movie three thumbs up if had an extra!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

This farfetched installment of the Indiana Jones series is a mockery of the original ones!. The movie was quite predictable!. Indiana Jones was meant to be an adventure, not a science fiction - it's like they didn't think people would enjoy a "good ole Indiana Jones" and tried too hard to make this one!. The alien thing was just stupid!. I also thought Karen Allen did a terrible job playing Marion Ravenwood's character!. She was loopy, seemed in a daze the entire movie, and nothing like the original strong and bitter Marion that we all liked from Raiders of the Lost Ark!. It is what it is, but I for one won't consider it an Indiana Jones!. In my opinion, there is only the trilogy, nothing more!.

P!.S!. G-O-O-K is a "derogatory" name for North Vietnamese soldiers and Viet Cong!. It was slang used by US soldiers in the Viet Nam war!. Hoorah!Www@Enter-QA@Com

The kingdom of Crack your skull yes but the kingdom of crystal skull noooooooooooo !.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Yea!. Definite yea!.

The opening of the movie was a bit slow (with the exception of the brief car chase in the hangar), but beginning with the Indy/Mutt motorcycle sequence, the movie was a lot of fun!.

The ET stuff didn't bother me too much!. I won't spoil, but there's one scene where it's a little odd, though!.!.!.the giant CGI extravaganza near the very end (if you've seen it, you know what I mean)!.

I've been a huge Indy fan since Raiders, so I was excited about this movie going into it!. But I was also worried that they'd place too much emphasis on Mutt!. I was pleased to see that he spent most of the screen time in Indy's shadow, with a few notable exceptions (the sword-fighting scene was cool)!.

Cate Blanchett was enjoyable, if a bit over-the-top!. I agree with the earlier answer that said Karen Allen's performance was less than great!. It was fine, but she's lost the edge that she had in Raiders!. (But I guess having a kid will do that!.!.!.) :-)

Definitely worth seeing!. Multiple times!Www@Enter-QA@Com
