I saw it and thought it wasn't too bad!. In fact, it comes out on DVD next Tuesday and I will probably rent it again to watch!.
It's basically more of the same thing that was in parts 2 & 3, but a lot more violent!. My favorite of the series is STILL the first one (First Blood)!. In that one he was picked on instead of being sent out to be the hero!. Love that flick!.
But part 4 is what you asked about and I'd have to say it's worth a look!.
