I consider Zeitgiest to be an intellectually dishonest film, not because of the filmmakers personal bias, but because of its disregard for the truth!. There is so much questionable statements that can easily be refuted, or controversial points that have legitimate opposing views that should have been presented!.
For those wondering what ties part 1 with part 2+3, just study the sources cited by Zeitgeist and follow them up- and down-stream on the net!. Zeitgeist is born from the far-fringe of ultra-paranoid NWO-centric belief that almost every institution is evil, lying to you, and out to get you!. The movie choose to focus on the church, government, and international bankers, and secret societies!.
It goes beyond the healthful skepticism needed for a thriving democracy and into the alternate universe where virtually every conspiracy theory is considered true, and any contrary evidence is part of the grand conspiracy and should be ignored!.
If the views expressed in Zeitgeist match your belief system, you can continue to reinforce those views by avoiding any counterviews and just sticking with other films of this genre on the net such as "Freedom to Fascism" and "Money Masters"!.
However, if you have some doubts and want explore them, there are plenty of scholarly works available on Amazon and other sources!.

In this 21st Century, the term "conspiracy theorist" has been usurped to mean any legitimate questioning of government!. It is our DUTY, not our privilege, to question our government and hold it accountable!. Too many people have been led to believe otherwise!.
Some people are just so completely indoctrinated, or just plain brainwashed, they just won't believe anything out of the main stream until it returns to kick them square in the face!.

The reason the media fails to mention the things you were warned of in "Zeitgeist" is the same reason why the media colluded with the Pentagon to feed us propaganda about the war!.
