Question: What Is This "Post-Holocaust" Movie!?
A Jewish woman was forced to work at an infirmary in a concentration camp!. I remember she performed an abortion for a female Nazi and the Nazi told her she would kill her if she told anyone!. The Jewish doctor worked for Joseph Mendel!. There was a scene with her in a room and Mendel and he forced her to perform an operation on a woman!. I remember it was bloody and sad!.
After the Holocaust the woman moved to New York!. She had to tell her story to some men, but I don't remember why!. I think it was for a trial or something!? I'm not sure!.
Many years after her rescue, she was still terrified of Mendel!. There was a scene with her in a market outside and she thought she saw him!. I remember her telling that to a friend!.
Since I don't remember too much, I hope I'm not mixing this up with Schindler's List!.
