Okay, it is inspired by true events!. there are 3 things, rumors mostly, going around of the true events!.
1!. "Keddie Cabin Murders" in Keddie, Ca!. A family was on vacation in a cabin when they were murdered!.!. Only one family member survived because she wasn't there!.
2!. "Manson Murders"!. People say this is loosely based on the murders!. I think it has nothing to do with it!.
3!. The director said that when he was younger, a person came to his house, knocked on the door and asked for someone who didn't live there!. The person left, and he didn't think about it anymore!. Later on, he found out that the person robbed everyone in the neighborhood who wasn't home!.
I thought it was a disappointment, and not scary at all!. I'm not easily scared though!. I wish someone would make a movie, classified as "horror", that would actually scare me! :)Www@Enter-QA@Com

That movie was creepy and everybody that I know who saw it liked it too,the whole theatre got into the screaming and what not it was greatWww@Enter-QA@Com
