What is the title of the poem in the movie "Akeelah and the Bee"??!

The poem was pictured on the college professor's office wall at home, and Akeelah was told to read it aloud!. There was a voice-over later in the movie where the professor was reading it as Akeelah walked to the front in the spelling bee!. I love the words and want to know where I can find the poem!.
