Because of the situation and how all of the guards are in tears!.

1) Will leaving Elizabeth at the end of Pirates of the Caribbean at Worlds End!. Its sad that he has to leave her after he had made the choice to stay with her!. Their love was so strong you could feel the intensity of it as they said goodbye!.
2) When Ben lets go and falls into the water in the Guardian!. Whats sad is that he died doing what he loved to do, risking his life to save people!.
3) When Danny gets shot and Rafe tells him hes going to be a father in Pearl Harbor!. Best friends in love with the same woman, and the one shes pregnant with is dying!.
4) Armageddon!. When Bruce Willis pushes Ben Affleck back into the ship and tells him he always thought of him as a son and that he'd be damn proud for him to marry his daughter!. This scene is sad, cuz after it seemed like he hated him all the time, he decided to let his daughter be happy, and let the young live!.

1) In "Life is Beautiful" when Roberto Bengini is caught by the Nazi and his son is watching from his hiding place there is a look on his face for a brief moment where you see it registers that he's about to be executed as he is led around the corner by the Nazi at gunpoint but he knows his son is watching so he puts on a big smile and does a crazy march as he marches to his death!. It gets me every time!. the love that this man has for his child is

I like your first choice but also think " the constant gardener" is very sad!. The part where the husband has the gun and is in the remote location in Africa, waiting to kill himself!. You know why he is there- to be where his wife was last alive (and died) but its twisted that he would want to kill himself to be closer to her and then there is also the thought that he may be tortured and killed by the thugs who were hired to hush his wife and dr!. friend up!. If you have never seen the constant gardner you must see it! It is an excellant albeit, sad film!. I still cry everytime I watch it!Www@Enter-QA@Com
