It depends upon what your definition of "old" is!. For some classic and B-movie horror of the '30s, '40s, and '50s, try the "50 Horror Classics" box set from Mill Creek Entertainment!. Their sets are only about $15 for 50 movies!.
If you're looking for movies of the '60s, '70s, and '80s, try somewhere like Wal-Mart, Target, or Best Buy!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Blockerbuster will still have them; i am a huge fan of old horror movies and i get all the ones i need to see from there; all the Halloweens [with the exception of 3&6] are great; i've seen them all!. good luck [:Www@Enter-QA@Com
the movies store should have them if they havent gotten rid of all of their VHS's yet!. but you can always ask the people who work there and they usually point you in the right direction!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
