Who ever is your favorite, plain and simple!. Which ever character you think it'd be most fun to be named after (or take on the persona of :P)!. Yes there maybe a dozen Lunas, and more Ginny's then there are grains of sand on the beach but who cares!? The characters belong to Rowling and last time I check she never made the declaration that on Y!A there can only be one person representing each Harry Potter character!. :P Still I understand that a sense of individuality is important, so if you want avoid having the same name as anyone else then you can go with Sirius Pink's advice and, add a creative twist to someone or something HP related, or you can try to choose a less popular character!. Here are a few I've either yet to have seen, or there is no active user that uses it!.

Well, I'll tell you how I made up mine!.!. Kind of:
I like Sirius Black, he is not my favorite character but I like him, my favorite color is pink!.!. So I thought Sirius Pink!!.!.!.!. It's not very creative though, I've seen people with great names around here!.
You can change your name into your favorite character, or just an object from Harry Potter!. But if I were you I would call myself something creative, something I made up, it would be more interesting if you did that!. Something that relates to you, or twist a name and related it to you!.
Oh, and one piece of advice, there are more Harry Potter fans in the Books and Authors section, I advise you to ask there if you want more answers!.
